MENTOR COACHING
Gotham Bridge offers two types of mentor coaching to professional coaches:
Performance Coaching: A mentor coaching series for the ongoing development of women and men in the coaching profession. Each series includes eight one-on-one sessions with our Founder and the series are designed in partnership with the client-coach to identify needs, refine strengths, and practice skills.
ICF Accreditation Coaching: A mentor coaching series for certified coaches who are preparing for their Coach Knowledge Assessment with the International Coach Federation. Gotham Bridge's ICF Mentor Coaching program fulfills the requirements for applying the ACC accreditation.

CONSULTING

WHAT WE DON'T DO
Coaching is different from consulting, mentoring and counseling.
Unlike a consultant or a mentor who helps by sharing their personal experience and expertise, a coach listens actively and asks questions to clarify information and help the client brainstorm around the perceived obstacles.
Counseling tends to look backward to bring healing to the present and future while coaching looks at the now and creates action steps to reach the client's goals.
It's a "Professional-Client" relationship so just like there are expectations regarding confidentiality with counseling, there are the same confidentiality expectations with coaching. We are discreet and honor your privacy

We think coaching can result in freedom, insight, and understanding so our hope is to take advantage of opportunities for shifts in perspective. There's no shame or condemnation in our conversations. As author Brennan Manning said, "I will not 'should' on myself today," nor will we "should" on you.
