WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF SYNERGISTIC CONNECTIONS

A good coaching relationship involves synergy and good chemistry. It involves committing to the process, trusting your coach, showing up for appointments fully present and without distraction.  Coaching works well with highly motivated people who are ready to learn, try new approaches, and focus on progress.

We believe in

  • sharing transformational conversations.
  • asking powerful questions to help create greater clarity for you.
  • providing accountability to help you do what you say you want to do.
  • supporting you with encouragement through the process.

You’ve taken me from disappointment to hopeful in an hour. I wondered, ‘How is Sarah going to help? What does she know about my business?’ But you don’t need to know the details of my business. You helped me figure out what I need to know. I’m continually amazed at how you’re able to help me by asking questions.

ONE CONVERSATION AT A TIME

Our conversations are driven by YOU. Our calls focus on your agenda, roadblocks, or sticking points. We celebrate your successes and help you brainstorm through the barriers.

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and occur (at minimum) twice a month. We can connect via phone, skype or google hangout.

Most clients find it helpful to be prepared to take notes during the conversation so they can remember their ah-ha moments, discovery points and action steps.

ONE COACHING SERIES AT A TIME

We want to help you reach your goals and fulfill your dreams, therefore we work through 6-month and 12-month engagements. Having an end in mind when you begin helps to clarify your goal and your timeframe. It provides a natural end point and time for evaluation and celebration.

Start the conversation here by sharing your goals with us.
