OUR FOUNDER, SARAH EVERS
While working for a global non-profit organization for more than twenty years, Sarah built a reputation for helping people take their next right step. Her experience as a local, regional and national leader led Sarah to invest six years in developing her organization's top emerging national leaders through a two-year development cycle. Her expertise helped high performers grow in capacity, competency, and character to be able to meet the demands of an increased scope.
As an energetic and dynamic communicator, she has spoken to thousands of people at conferences, retreats, trainings, seminars and webinars in the US and around the world. Whether meeting for conversation over coffee or on a conference call, Sarah listens beyond words, growing curious for the sake of her client.

She is accredited by the International Coach Federation and is a certified EQ-i 2.0 consultant, CoreClarity Consultant for strengths-based development and Transformational Leadership Certified Coach.
Sarah lives in New York City with her husband and young daughter.

Ken is a certified coach, founded a creative agency, and loves helping the next generation of leaders reach their potential. He has a master’s degree in computer music composition from Peabody Conservatory (Johns Hopkins University) and is a former professor of music and Great Books (Torrey Honors Institute) at Biola University in Los Angeles. His life goal is to be the most creative guy you know.
